How FolkCity handles personal information on this educational website.

8. California residents (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you may request to know the categories of personal information we collected, request deletion, and request correction of inaccurate information, subject to legal exceptions. You may also opt out of sharing personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising when such sharing occurs via advertising cookies. We will verify the request with a reasonable method based on the information we already hold.

Residents of states with consumer privacy statutes may have similar rights of access, deletion, and opt-out of targeted advertising. Use the same privacy email. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.

10. Children

This site is intended for a general educational audience, including teachers. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. A parent or teacher should submit inquiries on behalf of a school program.

11. International visitors

The site is operated from the United States. If you contact us from another country, your information will be processed in the United States.
